MINUTES OF THE TENTATIVE BUDGET HEARING FOR THE EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES AUTHORITY HELD SEPTEMBER 19, 1992



The Gilchrist County Emergency Medical Services Authority, in and for Gilchrist County, Florida, convened in a Tentative Budget Hearing at 10:00 a.m., September 19, 1992, in the Commissioner's Meeting Room at the Courthouse in Trenton, Florida, with the following members present to-wit:



Jimmie Sheffield, Chairman

W. B. Mathis, Jr.

Jimmie Sheffield

Fred Wilkerson

George McMath



Other persons in attendance were: Jackie R. Barron, Ex-Officio Clerk, Ted Burt, County Attorney, Sherree Pitzarell and Kelly Johnson, Deputy Clerks, Jean Wonser, Robert Matusik, and Barbara Polete, county residents.



ADOPTION OF TENTATIVE NON-ADVALOREM ASSESSMENTS FOR EMS



Commissioner Jones made a motion, seconded by Commissioner Wilkerson to adopt a resolution for non-advalorem assessments for Emergency Medical Services, at the same rates as the current fiscal year. The motion carried unanimously.



ADOPTION OF TENTATIVE BUDGET FOR EMS



A motion was made by Commissioner Jones, seconded by Commissioner Mathis to adopt the tentative budget for Emergency Medical Services for FY 92-93. The motion carried unanimously.



There being no further business to come before the Board, a motion was made by Commissioner Wilkerson, seconded by Commissioner Jones to adjourn the meeting. The motion was unanimously approved.
