As County Administrator, Mr. Bobby Crosby reports to a five-member Board of County Commissioners and is responsible for the County’s day-to-day operations, as well as using County resources in a responsible manner. Duties also include exploring economic development opportunities for the County. The Board of County Commissioners and County Administrator work closely together to ensure the needs of Gilchrist County citizens, guests, and businesses are met through high quality government services. It is vital we provide quality public service that enhances quality of life and addresses the needs of our diverse and growing population, now and in the future.
