Locate property on the map on the left.

  1. In order to locate parcel, refer to the directional blue lines (N,S,E,W) to determine which sector of the county your parcel is located in. This can be determined by the directional on the street name.
  2. Once you determine what sector you are in, reference the numbers on the directional blue lines to narrow down the location of your street. Example: NW 123rd St will be found in the NW sector and between the 120 and 130 indicated on the blue line)
  3. When you have located the parcel notate the color and compare to the legend in the top left corner of the map. This will tell you which land use district you are located.

Once zoning (district) is determined, specific information for that district can be found at the following link.

For additional information complete the Land Use Compliance Request form.  There is a $50.00 fee for a written determination. To pay by credit card, complete the onetime credit card payment authorization form and email to [email protected] . Mail or in person at 209 SE 1st Street, Trenton, Fl 32693. Allow 7 to 10 business days to process. No requested will be processed without payment.
