Online or e-mailed permit applications must include all required documentation be uploaded as attachment(s) with your application.  Please see checklist for required application requirements.   Please indicate owner’s last name in subject line.  If files are too large, multiple e-mails may be needed. 

Printing fees will apply for all electronically submitted application.  Please see fee schedule.
